Reflecting on my QI journey, it’s amazing to see how far things have come—from learning the basics to stepping up to coach a team. My first coaching experience was tough, and at times, giving up crossed my mind. But the desire to see real change, combined with the dedication of my team, kept us pushing forward. We may not have hit every single goal, but we moved the needle and made real progress. We learned by doing, embraced our mistakes, and ultimately elevated the quality of care we deliver. It required significant sacrifice and long hours, but the reflective exercises kept me grounded—helping me continuously refine my leadership style and troubleshoot along the way
