When I joined Cohort Two as a Quality Improvement Coach, I was privileged to work with two teams from different hospitals. Their strong commitment and teamwork enabled them to drive meaningful changes through small, consistent, and disciplined individual actions, which ultimately led to improved patient care. From the A3 Foundational and Halfway Module, I learned the six analytical tools that have enabled me to effectively guide the teams in analyzing root causes of problems and making evidence-based decisions in their improvement projects.
