Becoming a CQI Champion has been a valuable and transformative learning experience for me. The training has strengthened my understanding of quality improvement and, more importantly, changed the way I look at challenges within the healthcare environment.
I now feel better equipped to support my colleagues in identifying gaps in service delivery and developing practical solutions. I have also learned the importance of teamwork, data, communication, leadership, and staff involvement in achieving sustainable improvements.
