Dr. Lydia Okutoyi is a clinician and head of the Quality of Care department at Kenyatta National Hospital. She has played a key role in quality health care exchanges and symposiums, hosting county hospitals to share best practices. Dr. Okutoyi is actively involved in the Ministry of Health’s TWG on quality and standards and has served on various steering committees.
