Dr. Charles Kandie supports quality improvement and health systems strengthening at the Ministry of Health. With 27 years of public service, he has held impactful roles such as CEO of Kenya Medical Supplies Agency (KEMSA) and National Professional Officer at WHO. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Nairobi. Dr. Kandie has played a key role in implementing the electronic Kenya Quality Model for Health (e-KQMH) and has chaired the Health Sector Quality Management Technical Working Group, coordinating quality initiatives across Kenya.
