Celebrating African Champions of Quality Improvement Storytelling Contest!

In the ever-evolving world of healthcare, the pursuit of excellence never ceases, and the winners of the ACQUIRE Quality Improvement Storytelling Contest held between 15th and 29th September 2023 have shown us that this pursuit is alive and thriving. With an astounding response of over forty submissions meeting stringent criteria, frontline healthcare professionals from several Sub-Saharan African nations came together to share their exceptional stories of dedication to improving healthcare within their unique practice environments. The contest was organized by ACQUIRE with support from the Quality Healthcare Kenyan Awards (QHKA), the Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa (COHSASA), the Society for Quality Healthcare Kenya (SQHK), and the Africa Institute of Healthcare Quality Safety & Accreditation (AfIHQSA).
